A 15,000 SF administrative office building serving a chemical processing plant near the ship channel in Corpus Christi. The building is oriented to shade glass from direct solar exposure, and exterior curtainwall systems are designed for hurricane impact. All work spaces are served with data via raised floorsystems. An ancillary building houses a process laboratory and a control room for managing the process plant.
