FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH EDUCATION WING

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

A three story, 35,000 square foot classroom addition to First Baptist Church and Elementary School was designed with two floors of ground-level access to generate the maximum number of primary and preschool classrooms.  An entry arcade affords a comfortable and protected access from the parking lot.

In a later project, Richter Architects redesigned the Worship Center chancel area including redesign of the pipe organ to create a lighter mass and more visual and acoustic transparency.
