| A renovation project designed to express the color and dynamics of the Rio Grande Valley and the International border culture as well as to provide expanded visitor services. The design features a redesign of the courtyard and plaza to create more openness, shade and visual energy. A cascading water wall leads visitors up a stair to the plaza and to arbor-shaded picnic areas. |
