| A 22,000 sf building to house the support staff functions of a four-year university. The design concept is to provide highly flexible yet ordered, functional, daylit spaces for the users.
The design further seeks to promote "equality" by the use of open planning, shared conference and work areas, private offices without visual barriers, and by creatively providing equal opportunity for the prime visual asset, the water view, for everyone. |
